 Do You Accept Returns?

Unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, all orders are non-refundable.

Feel free to contact us if your order was damaged or incorrect!

Refunds for lost or damaged items must be processed within 30 days of receipt.

 

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

 Sometimes! As a small business, we base bulk discount ordering on available inventory. Email spacesplanner@gmail.com if you are planning to purchase five or more planners in one order!

 

Wrong Shipping Address?

Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

 

You can contact us by sending us a message, and we can check on the status of your order. Our shipping team works quickly to process orders, and we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once an order has been received.

If your order has already shipped, you may be able to track down the package at your local USPS office.

Otherwise, the package may be sent back to us. We'll send you a replacement order as soon as we receive the original package and arrange for additional shipping.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside of the United States but look forward to expanding in the future!
